Last Challenge Day!

So, this is where we get to choose one day that we want to recreate. I thought this would be really hard to decide, but I liked the one I did for yesterday's post so much I decided to do that one again. In different colors. Heck yeah! And get this - I went with pink. Because I wanted to use my new pink glitter polish from The Hungry Asian called I Hate Pink. I got the glitters she was selling, and I love them so much! And then, just look how it happened to work out - just look at what today is!

Going To The Movies

Today's challenge mani is one inspired by a movie. I've seen all sorts, from Harry Potter to Transformers manis, and those are all awesome, but I wanted to be different, of course. So I chose a movie that I've never seen in nail art. I guess I didn't do TOO badly on it. So, what did I choose? Click the link and find out.

First Post Since Last Year!

Bwahahaha! I love saying that. Yeah, I'm not real mature sometimes. So anyway, I thought I'd schedule a couple posts today, so here are a few random polishes that I haven't shown you before but have used recently. Let's take a peek.

Am I Blue?

Yes, yes I am blue. Gosh, but why would I be blue? Well, my kids have gone home, and I miss them terribly. Sure, I have more time to be online and spend with The Mate, but really? I'd rather be around my kids any day. Not that I don't love blogging and chatting online and such, but nothing compares to being close to my young'uns. So, today I'll show you a couple lovely blues.

It's just too hot to make up a really good title today. Yeah, we have a couple of air conditioned rooms, but they are small air conditioners, and can only do so much. If we could get more caught up with things, and/or not have quite so many bills, we'd be able to add central air, and then we could keep it cooler! Maybe in a couple years.

Anyway, today I have a few manis to show off you, and not really any big news, unless you count the fact that we hit up the Monster Trucks last Saturday, and man was it AWESOME! I'll probably share some pictures and maybe some videos of that both here and on my other blog. I even did a special mani for that night, which I'll have to edit up and post soonish! Speaking of nails, let's take a peek at what I've done recently.

Finishing Up With The Frankens

Okay, here are the rest of the frankens I've made so far. A nice even dozen. Hee. And don't forget, new transport post going up on the other blog. I'll stop pimping it out eventually. Maybe. We got massive snow last night, like 8 inches or more. I'm going to have to shovel it, but I don't mind that much. We might call a snow plow to do the driveway though. It's $20 well spent, since it would take me quite a while to do it, and make me sore. Anyway, let's get to the polish since that's what I originally set this up for.

Franken Fun

I went just a little off the deep end for a few days, and made a bunch of frankens. Some are fails, and some are fantastic, and I had a blast, so all is good. Let's have a look at some of them and see how they turned out.

Finishing off the first month

I'm still awake, even though I will be getting up early, so I thought I'd share the rest of the manicures I managed to do in January. We've had some awesome thunder and lightning here tonight, and apparently it's going to rain a lot in the next few days, so I suspect I'll have plenty of time to post. At least, I sort of hope so.
