More Time Than I Thought.

So I promised that special polish post and all, and got caught up in busy work and never did it. Eep. To make up for it, I'm going to share with you a whole BUNCH of giveaways that I've found, and then I'll get those pictures up. So pop on in here, and check these out!

First up, one of my favoritest blogs ever has a chance to win one of her most awesome t-shirts. Mommy Wants Vodka has the bestest profane tees, and you could win one over here. Seriously? I so so so want all of them. Because Aunt Becky rocks, and I think that by wearing one of her tees, I might rock just a tiny bit too. Cuz if I could rock a tenth as much as she does, I'd be awfully damn pleased with myself. So, anyway, even if you don't want a profane tee (and who could resist?), you should totally read Mommy Wants Vodka, because it will probably give you a funny feeling in your tummy like it does to me. That funny feeling is generally laughter!

Okay, now I'm going to share the nail polish giveaways I've found recently by reading about them on all the blogs I attempt to keep up with. Every one of these is lovely, and you should totally go enter them all if you like nail polish. Not only that, but you should really be reading these blogs if you love polish.

First up, Diava's Lacquer Box has a lovely giveaway for Gosh Holographic. I've tried to get my hands on this for like two years, so of course I entered right away. You should run over there and enter as well, unless for some reason you don't WANT Gosh Holographic. If not, then what is wrong with you? Haha. I kid. But really, you should go enter over there if you are interested. And then check out her sweet blog.

Next, Mon Coin à Moua has a HYOOGE giveaway going on over at her blog to celebrate a thousand followers. First up, if you don't follow her, you totally should. She always has great pictures, and lots of polish that some of us folks here in the US can't get. That being said, her prize is so amazing that I can't even describe it, so just go over here and enter it right now. She does have a picture, but that doesn't convey the amazingness. Here it is anyway.

So, that might be all she wrote for some people, but I have more to show you! More Nail Polish has a lovely giveaway going on over here for some Artform holographic polishes. There are 8 of them, and they are only available in Australia, so it's a pretty fantastic prize. I love her pictures, and if you want to die of Teh Cute, just go take a look at her and her baby. Either way, get over there and enter this contest.

Here's another one year anniversary giveaway, this time from Imperfectly Painted. She's got THREE prizes, so you certainly could have a blast winning one of those. It's right over here, and you should hurry up and enter. Make sure you use the form to enter, not the comments. By the way, this is another blog that you really really should be reading.

Here is another amazing polish that I think everybody should have, being given away by Aurora's Nails. It's Nfu-Oh #51 and, it's a flaky! You can enter here, and you totally should. Of course, like all the others I've talked about, you should also be reading her blog anyway, it's well worth the time. I know, I say that about all of them, but would I be reading them myself if they weren't worthwhile? Nope. So, I'm totally not just saying it for nothing.

If you'd like a chance to win a whole pile of polish, dash on over to Nail Fanatic's blog and enter her Spring Cleaning Giveaway here. She went through her stash and weeded out a BUNCH of polish, and it's all going into her giveaway. How can anybody resist a chance to win something like this?

Glitter Gal has teamed up with Cosmetic Cupcake to offer this next giveaway, and it's a lovely one as well. You'll get your choice of TWO of their polishes from the holo or sparkle lines (OMG I WANT) if you win, and you should totally run right over and enter here.

Okay, so there are the giveaways I have to share with you today, so I'll show you the lone RBL I ordered in the pre-sale. I could not resist the lovely black of Iconoclast, so I grabbed it, and here is what it looks like on me. I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!
Yes, it's black, with some sparkle. But it's not JUST any black with sparkle.

Up close, you can see that it looks like deep space or something. So lovely.

Two coats of gorgeousness that flows onto the nail smoothly and evenly.

As usual nowadays because of the meds, you'll have to excuse my cuticles.

I love how the tiny shimmer is just there, not in your face. Yeah, I tend to like in your face colors, but if I'm looking for something a little less loud, this is one I'd turn to.

On the index finger you can kind of see how the green comes through just a little. You can click to embiggen the pictures if you need to.

This one really shows the blue-green shimmer that hides within the black.

Same with this one. It's just such a loverly black.

In dimmer light, the shimmer hides, so it looks like a nice shiny black. But we know better.

The flash really brings out that secret shimmer and makes it apparent

As with most of the RBLs I've tried, this one impresses me greatly, and I'm super happy that I bought it.

Yes, they are spendy, and if you're on a budget, you may cringe at spending the money for these, but the quality is excellent, and so it's worth it to me. If I had my way, I'd own pretty much all of the RBLs, but I can't, so I'm very happy that this is one of them.
