Okay, Some Polish Pics, FINALLY!

Yeah, I know, I've really been slacking off lately. I will try to do better, but no promises. Mostly because summer is always busier, plus we've been dealing with so much different stuff around here. Some is good, some is bad, some is just meh, but it takes up time and energy. I'm sure everybody can relate to that in some way or another. So, let's get to looking at several days of Nicole manicures! (And at the end, just two pedicure pictures.)

I'm Not Missing! Haha!

It might seem like I am, when I don't post for so long, but things have a way of getting extra busy around here, pretty much every time I think it's going to calm down. Mostly right now we are dealing with the dogs not getting along (Missy and Lassie), and The Mate's soreness in the rain, plus we had to go to a frou-frou dinner the other night. And other junk that nobody really wants to hear about. Hee. Anyway, why don't I get back to showing pictures instead of babbling?

Oh, Let's Drool Over My Haulage!

Okay, that title sounds really flippant or like I'm bragging, but it's not meant that way. I have had a rather large amount of polish coming home with me recently, and much of it is from blog sales, ebay, and clearance sales. I *love* when I can get polish at up to 75% off! Polish is my major splurge in life. I'm happy to skip meals out, movies in the theater, and those kinds of things to spend the money on polish. The Mate spends his share on his toys, and I go with polish. Seems fair to me. So anyway, let's see what kinds of pretties I've gotten recently.

Kicking into July.

Let's start off my July polish pictures with a bang. Haha, fireworks, bang, get it? Oh yeah, I'm feeling silly today. I guess it's because I actually got a really good night's sleep last night, and that tends to make me feel pretty frisky. So, let's take a peek at what I came up with to bring in July and Independence Day.

Happy Father's Day to all Dads!

We tried to spoil The Mate a bit for his birthday, and I think we managed to do okay. I grilled out a BUNCH of ribs, and we had potato and macaroni salad to go with it. And I even turned the remote over to him. Okay, he gave it back, but still, at least I offered. And after he spoiled me for my birthday, I woulda given him the remote for the week. So I've got some random pictures for this post (including one of my toes, so be warned), and then I have transport and polish pictures to share as well.

Feet, schmeet.

I am not really a foot person. I mean, I don't have them or get grossed out by them, they are just feet. To me they aren't any more interesting than, say, elbows. Except for being able to put polish on them. Because putting polish on your elbows would just make a mess. Also, it would be very hard to photograph. Kind of like putting your elbow in your ear, which is pretty much impossible, at least for me. Wow, I'm getting off track.

Anyway, I only do my toes every few weeks, but I do tend to take pictures of them, just because. I'm still not as good at doing pedicures as I am manicures, I guess because I practice on my hands so much. Someday I'd love to get a professional pedicure, just to see what it's like. I'm sort of scared to though, because I worry that my psoriasis will be an issue. Too many people don't understand what psoriasis is, and are very grossed out by my skin. But that's a whole different post, so let's look at polish. On feet. My feet.
